This technical letter provides guidance and procedures on the use of the U.S. Coast Guard's (USCG) Radiobeacon Differential Global Positioning System (DGPS) and the National Geodetic Survey's (NGS) Continuously Operating Reference Station (CORS) System. Procedures and equipment required for U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) access to these systems are defined.
