Community Study of Psychological Distress and Immune Function in Women with Family Histories of Breast Cancer

Data collection has been completed. Two hundred and forty-four women were recruited for the Naturalistic study and 91 women completed the Experimental study. Ml the psychological and biological data have been entered. However, as this is a large data base, it has taken us longer than anticipated verifying the data. Consequently, we are behind in data analyses and in preparing manuscripts for publications. Therefore, we are requesting one year extension, without funds, to complete data verification and analyses and to prepare manuscripts for publications. With the support from this award 17-94-J-4139 we have published four papers and two papers have been submitted for publication.
