Research in the Automated Analysis of Remotely Sensed Imagery

摘要

This report presents an overview of Carnegie Mellon University's (CMU) program ofresearch at the Digital Mapping Laboratory in the general area of the automated analysis of remotely sensed imagery. We report progress in the areas of digital photogrammetry, automatic building extraction, stereo analysis, multispectral image analysis, virtual world construction, and knowledge-based systems for scene interpretation.
