The U.S. Army, as the supporting service for the Association of Military Surgeonsof the U.S.'s 104th Annual Meeting, requested the grant for the funding of speakers they wished to participate in the Plenary Sessions on Monday morning, 17 November and Tuesday morning, 18 November. The meeting was held at the Opryland Hotel in Nashville, Tennessee, 16-21 November 1997.
