New Model for Turbulence Spectra and Correlations Based on Meijer's G-Functions

A three parameter model for turbulence spectra and correlation functions, basedon Meijer's G functions, is introduced. The model is more flexible than the traditional von Karman model, but still allows the spectra and correlation functions to be derived analytically. The G functions model reduces to the von Karman model for certain combinations of the parameters.
