TEC Measurements for GPS Comparisons and Ionospheric Tomography

This report results from a contract tasking University of Wales as follows: The contractor will investigate the validity of the SCORE analysis processes for the determination of GPS TEC, and also the contribution of the protonospheric section of the path of the propagation error budget.
