This report results from a contract tasking Leninetz Holding Company, NIPGS as follows: The contractor will develop the technology of thermochemical conversion of hydrocarbon fuel in regeneration of heat from power devices. Methane and water as well as Kerosene and water will be used as reactants. The contractor is expected to perform according to his proposal submitted on 22 July 1998
