Water-Dispersible Polyurethane Coating Test Protocol

摘要

The Coatings Technology Team of the Polymers Research Branch has developed a water-reducible 180-g/L volatile organic compound (VOC) formulation that is also a chemical agent resistant coating (CARC). This report describes the substrates, pretreatments, and primers to be used in comparative testing of the new formulation vs. current CARC. The tests and evaluation criteria will also be introduced. This report will be used as a reference for the data presentation reports that follow.
