Radio Sounding of the Magnetopause from the Ground (NIRFI Part)

This report results from a contract tasking Radio Physical Research Institute (NIRFI) as follows: The contractor will investigate whether a high frequency radio pulse transmitted from a ground-based station and backscattered from the magnetopause can be observed in a large receiving antenna.
