The interconnection scenario is for the connectivity of a NATO CIS handling NATO SECRET information in the system high mode of operation to another NATO CIS handling NATO SECRET information in the system high mode of operation. Interconnections of NATO to NATO CISs, operating at different classification levels and/or modes of operation will be subject to case-by-case agreement between the SAAs concerned.
