Long-Term Management Strategy for Dredged Material Disposal for Naval Facilities at Pearl Harbor, Hawaii Phase III - Analysis of Alternatives and Development of an LTMS

This report documents Phase III of a three-phase study (see also ADA375283 and ADA375870) to develop a Long-Term Management Study for disposal of dredged material unsuitable for ocean disposal from Pearl Harbor Naval Complex for the next 30 years. Focusing on considerations for LTMS implementation, Phase III includes preliminary CDF design, placement operations and handling requirements, need for contaminant pathway restrictions and controls, operational guidelines, dewatering procedures, and regulatory and testing considerations.
