Our objective was to determine the accuracy and completeness of the Army Audit Agency audit of the FY 1999 U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Civil Works Program, financial statements. This report focuses on the oversight objective. The consistency and accuracy of financial data compiled by the Corps of Engineers Finance Center will be discussed in a separate report.
