The Final Proceedings for 10th European Heterostructure Technology Workshop, 17 September 2000 - 19 September 2000. This conference will cover the following topics: heterojunction technologies and novel materials with applications to environmental sensing, biomedical and electrochemical applications, and micro-systems for use in non-traditional applications. Specifically, technologies of advanced materials like GaN, diamond and SiC, micro-electromechanical systems; and related semiconductor devices and applications.
