Noise Properties of Iron-Filled Carbon Nanotubes.

摘要

Extraordinary mechanical and electronic properties of carbon nanotubes have attracted great interest. In this talk we describe electrical and noise properties of iron-filled multi-walled nanotubes. Our results show that these nanotubes have unusual current dependence of noise and exhibit a much smaller noise than single-walled nanotubes.
