Non-Destructive Impermeability Testing of Land-Based Sewage Systems (zerstoerungsfreie dichtheitspruefung con grundstuecksentwaes serungsleitungen)

This two-part study involves both the development and deployment of a device that would be able to test impermeability of sewage systems on small pieces of land without destroying the earth in which the system had been built. The predicted losses of moisture in the first part seem to correspond nicely with the actual implementation of the constructed apparatus in the second part, insofar as the latter's researchers took careful steps to ensure the longevity of the project once it was inserted and testing began. Due to fortuitous weather conditions, the first batch of testing produced a sufficiently positive result so as to vitalize further research in the field.
