Search for Efficient Methods of Prediction of Multicomponent Inorganic Compounds

This report results from a contract tasking Russian Academy of Sciences as follows: The contractor will investigate methods for predicting the properties of new binary, ternary and quaternary inorganic chemical systems using computer based semantic and neural networks.
