Multinational Limited Objective Experiment (MN LOE) I was the first of a series of Joint Futures Lab/J9 LOEs to be conducted with multinational partners. The strategy adopted for examining collaborative planning in MN LOE I was to have two distributed planning teams concurrently employing two different planning processes.
