Clean Air Act Emission Testing of the T-38C Aircraft Engines

The Report is the product of an emissions testing program designed to document, characterize, and evaluate emissions from the T-38C aircraft engines modifications. The purpose of the emissions testing program was to develop emission factors for the tested engines under representative load conditions. Testing was performed by Environmental Quality Management, Inc. (EQM). Testing was conducted for criteria and hazardous air pollutants.
