MBA Recruitment Task Group

摘要

This report represents the findings and advice of the Defense Business Practice Implementation Board (DBB) for developing and implementing a program for recruiting top-tier Master of Business Administration (MBA) graduates for the Department of Defense (DoD). The Board relied on private sector best practices in the development and implementation of a program, and designed it to attract and retain talented people with innovative ideas developed through diverse experiences.
