摘要

From the electromagnetic point of view we can think of the brain as an inhomogeneous, lossy dielectric body, with complex geometry. The electrical activity of the brain is represented by the currents flowing inside it that is caused by the neuronal activities. We are interested in the electromagnetic modeling and analysis of the effects of those currents on the potential that can be measured on the scalp by MEG sensors. In order to have a qualitative understanding it's possible to use simplified models either for the whole brain or of some specific part of it.
