This project assessment was initiated as part of our continuing assessments of selected reconstruction activities in the water sector. This project assessment was conducted in accordance with the Quality Standards for Inspections issued by the President's Council on Integrity and Efficiency. The assessment team comprised a professional engineer/inspector and an auditor/inspector.
