Final Test Reports Format and Style Guide

摘要

This format and style guide provides a survey of requirements on DTRA to publish final reports on test and experiment activities. It identifies the background mandates and requirements of the Scientific and Technical Information Program (STIP), Information Security Program (ISP) and Information Security Oversight Office (ISOO). It provides a table of document elements required by the ANSI/NISO Z39.18-2005 standard and tailors them to the DTRA RD- CXT final test report format. Finally, it provides guidelines and recommendations on using a test objective matrix for tracking the planning, execution, data collection and final reporting on tests and experiments. The purpose of this matrix is to enable complete and accurate reporting so that results are reported in context with the approaches used to implement the objectives required.
