摘要

This is the report of an investigation of the photoluminescence characteristics of equivalent-size controlled silicon quantum dots by employing a nano-porous aluminum oxide membrane as the template for growing silicon-rich nano-rods to achieve the spatially-confined synthesis of silicon quantum dots.
