A Comment on the Kelley-Mcshane Solution of the Yawing Motion of Missiles

The use of a binomial expansion approximation of a square root appearing in the Kelley-McShane solution of the yawing motion is shown to be unnecessary. An interesting result is the derivation of relations for the aerodynamic coefficients which are valid for S<1. (Author)
