Studies Related to the Role of Marine Fungi in Wood Deterioration.

摘要

The activity of the marine fungal flora is both diverse and significant. As parasites of marine plants and animals, and as saprophytes in the decay of algal remains and in the deterioration of wood and cordage, the role of these fungi cannot be ignored. This paper deals with the activity of marine fungi in the biological processes associated with the deterioration of wood submerged in the sea.
