The Energy Spectra of the Primary Heavy Nuclei Observed on Sept. 11, 1957 at Prince Albert, Canada

The sub-relativistic part of the energy spectra of primary medium (64z < 9) and heavy (Z >10) nuclei are determined by the measurement applied on the interacting tracks caught in the Prince Albert Stack. By this measurement the result obtained previously by the present author and his collaborators is cross-checked and confirmed. At the same time the spectra are extended up to 1 GeV/nucleon, thereby the flux values of these nuclei of energy > 1 GeV/ nucleon being also obtained. An attempt is also made to determine the flux values of these nuclei of energy > 5 GeV/nucleon by the measurement of high energy knock-on electrons.
