摘要

This report describes the results of subjecting three amplifier designs and a magnetic voltage reference to nuclear radiation under constant temperature conditions. The circuits were specially designed to tolerate gross degradation in diode reverse impedance characteristics. These circuits were designed with diodes shunted by resistors so as to operate with precision to a point where radiation damage could cause diode reverse leakage to increase by a factor of five hundred.nResults indicate that amplifiers did retain their precision performance until diode leakage did actually degrade by a factor of five hundred. The best amplifier showed no significant change in gain, linearity, frequency response, or tolerance to power supply vari¬ations until after the integrated flux level exceeded 2 x 10 nvt.
