Effects of radiations on cell division and chrosomes in animals were studied from various of X- and tete- irradiavions on anvsshopper spermeatocytes were investigated using various chemicals with special regards to the radioprotection, but the result not remariable at prssent. Secondly, effects of single or repeatad X-irradiation on chronosonae of human in viteo cell line were studied. Results were as folioxs a sfter a single doss irradiation, normal diploisy was retained for as long as 12 passages over 100 days. Variation of chromosoaesnumber becurred in only earlier passage and b) six sublines were produced by the repatitly of X-irradiation. About fifty porent of cells in each sublines showed chroeosoae aberrations.
