As was deseribed in the first quarterly report, the determination of decrensed vnlue of cnlcium and phosphoras from the cnlcifying solution following to the cnlcification of th test microorganisms did not indicnte the nctml vnlues uptnkon into the cells. Then the nctunl vnlucs of cnleium and phosphorus existing intrncellulnrly following to the enlcificntion in itro were determined.
