For ionic sources working in a pulse mode is developed a fully-intelligible interest (see works [1-4]), if we consider their applica tion in thermonuclear installations, accelerating technology and for various other physical researches. However, the use of these sources is combined with definite difficulties: the complexity of manufacture of the actual source, the necessity, of a special power supply, power¬ful vacuum technology, etc. At the same time it is enough frequently, to desirably have the possibility to receive pulse ionic currents of a significant intensity with the help of a source in manufacture and operation.
