SPECTROCHEMICAL ANALYSIS OF NON-METALS IN THE VACUUM ULTRAVIOLET BY MEANS OF A HOLLOW CATHODE LIGHT SOURCE

摘要

An extended survey of the already performed work in this direction showed that very few experimental material was available, but that the theoretical considerations, indicating as very probable a better sensitivity of the spectrochemical analysis, at trace level, utilizing the principle of the hollow cathode light course could be considered as experimentally confirmed.
