Computer Operating Instructions for the Simulated Telemetry Data Generation Program (STSTLM)

The Simulated Telemetry Data Generation Program (STSTeM) has been designed to generate a simulation tape (TLW-tape) containing input data for the TIM computer at the Tracking Station. In addition, the STSTIM program will also generate the System Time Code Word (STW) and the Input Control Word in exactly the same format as they are normally input to the TIM Computer. in real time input, the simulated FM/FM telemetry data will be generated in record blocks. Each record will contain five frames of synchronized data normally input to the TIM Computer from the Telemetry Data Processor (TDP) each second.
