The purpose of this program is to recommend techniques which show promise for extending the power handling capability of semiconductors when used as duplexers. This report will summarize the endeavors made in this respect over the contract interval and will report for the first time progress made in the last quarter, which includes the interval from 1 February 1963 until 30 April 1963.
