It has been found that the values of the carrier motilities and effective masses given for Mg3Sb2 in the literature contain serious errors. The sources of these errors are discussed in the text; it is pointed out that the true values of the effective masses are probably much smaller, and the true values of the motilities are probably much larger, than those which have been reported.
