In measurements and automation of industrial processes all. more frequently are used methods of digital technique ensuring high accuracy, convenience of mathematical processing and long-distance transmission of measurement data. In connection with this appears the necessity of creating measuring converters of wide class, having discrete or frequency output parameter. Known converter' reformers of such type are vibrating wire at rain gauges, a-c nacho-meter generators and converters of rotation angle of shaft (pointer) into code.
