The Naval Air Engineering Center was requested by reference to review a series of Bureau of Ordnance specifications for cancellation, or revision. Action on a number of these was presented in reference in reference (b), at which time, the Aeronautical Materials Laboratory indicated intention to investigate the canalization of MIL-C-18487(Nord) with MIL-C-11796, Class 2under PANC 12 RMA 53-1.
