THE SYNTHESIS OF A YOUTHS CADMIUM CHELATE AND THE STUDY OF ITS VAPOR PHASE REACTION WITH HYDROGEN SULFIDE

摘要

In this study, a chemical approach to deposition of thin films or crystals of metal compounds was investigated. It was of interest to determine whether metal chelae’s would undergo a vapor phase reaction to form the desired products. Reactions to produce materials of importance as semiconductors were of special interest.
