The basic practical value of Introducing dispersed- fillers into polymeric materials is their strengthening effect, strongly evident particularly in carbon black filled ray rubber, the durability of which drastically increases in comparison with pure raw rubber. In this connection much effort has been devoted to clarifying the structures of active fillers in raw rather mixtures and the physicochemical causes of the strengthening effects.
