The Development of Electrochemical Power Generators Using Biochemical Reactions

Studies on the electrochemical behavior of two products, ammonia and hydrogen, of potentially useful biochemical reactions are reported.nThe anodic behavior of hydrogen and ammonia under conditions compatible with biological systems are reported. Various catalysts were studied and the optimum catalyst and conditions for electro-oxidation compatible with the biological system selected.
