This report presents a specific method of programming a digital computer to construct and evaluate codes suitable for use in a burst-error correction decoding scheme described in the Tenth Scientific report. Twp (100,50) codes. of this type have been constructed using the methods described. One is. found capable of correcting uniquely all bursts of length 21 or less.
