In considering the elements of the cost of the ton-kilometer method the author of the graduation thesis presents some data. As a result of the competent operation of the material part in the air the aviation subdivision succeeded in lowering the expenditure for fuel by eight kilograms per hour, reducing the norms for nonproductive flying time (in the air and on the ground) by 0.01 of an hour, lowering the price of one ton by 0.002 of a ruble through reducing overhead expenditure, effecting economy in the consumption of oil as against the norms, and lowering the price by 5 copecks at the expense of overhead outlays
