Transient Response of a Class of Rectangular Loop Antennas

This report presents experimental investigations on the transient response characteristics of rectangular loop antennas with one pair of sides of length much smaller than the cut-off wavelength of the measuring apparatus. An approximate theory is also presented which agrees quantitatively with the experimental results. (Author)
