摘要

The propagation of electromagnetic waves in damped plasmas at low frequencies is discussed. The plasma acts as a conductor when there is no magnetic field and propagation occurs transverse to the magnetic field. The plasma also will behave as a conductor with propagation along the magnetic field. (Author)
