Bureau of Naval Personnel New Developments Personnel Planning Information Documentation Procedures and Formats are presented. The report is specifically designed to assist New Developments analysts and contractors in documenting Personnel Planning Information (PPI) as required for the Bureau of Naval Personnel Personnel Research Reports. These exhaustive Personnel Research Reports provide the basic data source for planned requirements inputs to the CAPRI manpower management system, the preparation of inputs to Technical Development Plans (TDP's), Training Plan Conferences (TPC's), and other research studies, and comprise a record of personnel research conducted on new Naval weapon and support systems.
