ON THE INFLUENCE OF VORTICITY OF EXTERNAL FLOW AND CURVATURE OF BODY ON FLOW IN BOUNDARY LAYER

摘要

A flow in a laminary boundary layer can be presented as the superposition of two flows: main and secondary. The secondary flow is stipulated by influence of such factors, as the curvature of the body surface and vorticity of the external, nonviscous flow. Calculation of influence of these factors reduces to the determination of a small correction of the main solution.
