摘要

The work reported in this paper is concerned with an empirical study of the effect of structure on the magnitude of the magnetic non-equivalence of methylene and isopropyl groups close to the center of molecular asymmetry in relatively simple model compounds. As such, its immediate purpose was to determine those types of structural features which could be associated with large values of magnetic non-equivalence.
