Cryopumping Capture Coefficients of Two Nitrogen-Oxygen Gas Mixtures

The experimental investigation of two nitrogen-oxygen mixtures is presented, and the results are interpreted by the critical velocity model. A direct comparison of the capture coefficients calculated from this model is made with the capture coefficients calculated assuming that the gases behave as ideal gases. (Author)
