Synthesis and Electrical Properties of Benzimidazoles and Heterocyclic Quinonoid Compounds

The synthesis and purification are described for a number of organic derivatives of benzimidazoles, 2, 1, 3-thiazoles, 2, 1, 3-selendiazoles, oxazines, and fused ring quinones. The electrical properties of these compounds were investigated by dark conduction, photoconduction, and pulse photoconduction techniques. (Author)
