Effect of Cold Expppxposure on the Formed Elements of Mouse Peripheral Blood

A search was made for a hematological parameter that might indicate when acclimatization to cold occurred in mice. The formed elements of mouse peripheral blood tested were total white blood cells and the absolute numbers of polymorphonuclear leucocytes, monocytes, lymphocytes, stress lymphocytes and eosinophils.
