SCOPE Validate Master Tapes (SVMT) is designed to validate either of the SCOPE master tapes: the System Support tape (SST) or the Flight Support tape (FST). A list of the errors found is output on the typewriter, the printer, or a BCD list tape. SVMT has two modes of operation, a standard mode and an input/output parameter mode. In the standard mode, where no function parameters are used, the input master tape is on logical unit 1 and the error outputs are printed on the on-line printer. In the parameter mode the input and output units are specified by function parameters. (Author)
